Jim Priest has taken no position on U.S. weapons or U.S. money going to the government of Israel. His entire published platform is the New FAIR Deal, and its four parts — Focusing on Family Finances, Accessing Basic Resources, Inspiring Confidence in Government, and Restoring America's Reputation — contain no plank on Israel, Gaza, foreign aid, U.S. weapons or arms transfers. The only foreign-facing item anywhere in it concerns tariffs and recovering the country's standing as a reliable ally; it names no country and no aid programme. His biography page carries the same absence, and his BallotReady profile lists his stances under criminal justice, the economy, education, environment and energy, health care, housing, infrastructure, legislation, and taxes and budget, with no foreign-policy category at all. Four searches and a full read of his campaign site produced nothing. The recent interviews of him — the likeliest place for such a question to have been put — are on KOSU and Oklahoma Voice, and both sites returned errors to every attempt, so the absence rests on his own site and on search rather than on those interviews.
