Andrew Manske
Manske has no foreign-policy or Israel-related plank anywhere in his campaign platform, and his written answers to the Wisconsin Jewish Chronicle's July 2026 gubernatorial questionnaire do not address U.S. weapons or money sent to Israel. His only on-topic statements came at a single event. On July 1, 2026 he was the only Republican to attend the gubernatorial forum in Oak Creek hosted by the Wisconsin Muslim Civic Alliance and the Wisconsin Muslim Civic Foundation, whose 13-question format included lightning-round questions on Gaza and on Wisconsin's boycott-related statutes; his primary opponent Tom Tiffany did not accept the invitation, and two Democrats withdrew after receiving the questions. According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, which reported the answers from a livestream of the event, Manske and the three attending Democrats -- Mandela Barnes, Francesca Hong and Kelda Roys -- all said they believed Israel's actions in Gaza constitute a genocide, and all said they would seek to repeal Wisconsin's state definition of antisemitism (2025 Act 143, adopting the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance definition) and the 2018 Wisconsin law that prohibits state and local governments from doing business with or investing in companies that participate in boycotts of Israel. Manske has made no statement found anywhere on U.S. military aid, arms sales, funding packages, conditioning aid, or UNRWA; the repeal answer is a position on Wisconsin's own contracting and investment rules, not on what the federal government sends.
