Chan said in July 2026 that in Congress she will "oppose any aid to Israel" and work to stop what she calls the Israeli government's genocidal actions against Palestinians. On a Track AIPAC questionnaire she backed a total arms embargo on Israel.
In a July 2026 statement to The Intercept, reported by Jewish Insider, Chan said: "In Congress, we will oppose any aid to Israel and do everything in our power to stop their government's genocidal actions against the Palestinian people." That month she accepted an endorsement from Track AIPAC after completing a questionnaire in which she affirmed that Israel is committing genocide, supported a total arms embargo on Israel, and backed requiring AIPAC to register as a foreign agent. At a March 2026 candidate debate she called for halting U.S. offensive military weapons funding for Israel and signaled yes when asked whether Israel is committing genocide in Gaza; the debate account rests on a video source and is pending verification. Her campaign platform reportedly pledges to co-sponsor the Block the Bombs Act, which would bar transfer of U.S. weapons used by the Israeli military in Gaza, but that item's only source would not open.
On campaign money, a decision separate from any weapons or aid position: her foreign policy page states her campaign "will not take money from corporate PACs, AIPAC or its lobbyists and representatives." In June 2026 her spokesperson called attempts to link her campaign to pro-Israel lobbying groups "absurd and laughable".
