Little joined all 27 Republican governors in a joint statement reaffirming "unwavering support for the Nation of Israel". After state police cleared a pro-Palestine encampment near the Idaho Capitol, he said he would not tolerate such encampments. Nothing on U.S. weapons or money for the government of Israel.
Little is Idaho's governor and the Republican nominee for another term. He has held no federal office in the period this site tracks, so none of the congressional votes shown here are his.
On May 1, 2024 his office published a statement issued by all 27 Republican governors together, and the words are the group's rather than his: "Our country has a long history of supporting Israel, and now more than ever, it's important we stand in solidarity with the Jewish community against horrific acts of antisemitism, religious bigotry, and terrorism both in our country and across the globe." The signatories close by "reaffirming our unwavering support for the Nation of Israel and her people". His name heads the published signature list. That is the whole of it: solidarity and support in general terms, with nothing about what the United States should send or withhold.
Eight days later the Idaho State Police and the state Department of Administration confiscated property belonging to a pro-Palestine encampment on public ground near the Capitol, and Little issued a statement backing them: "Idaho cherishes and protects our First Amendment rights to speech, popular and unpopular alike, but I will not tolerate any group's efforts to establish encampments that damage state property, create health and safety risks, and interfere with other forms of public access." He framed it as a camping and public-access matter, not as a judgment about the protest's subject.
On what the United States sends, nothing. No statement of his has been located on U.S. weapons or money for the government of Israel, and none on U.S. humanitarian aid to Palestinians. A fresh search on 2026-08-18 added the items below and still turned up nothing on the federal question.

Opened and read; the release names "Governor Brad Little (ID)" first on the signature list. Verified verbatim: "As governors and community leaders, we are honored to recognize May as Jewish American Heritage Month, especially as Jewish people around the world face unspeakable persecution." And: "Our country has a long history of supporting Israel, and now more than ever, it's important we stand in solidarity with the Jewish community against horrific acts of antisemitism, religious bigotry, and terrorism both in our country and across the globe." And: "Throughout May, we are proud to celebrate Jewish heritage and the many positive contributions that the Jewish community has had on our nation while reaffirming our unwavering support for the Nation of Israel and her people."

⚠ **Wrong-person correction.** The passage beginning "praying for peace, yearning for an end to senseless suffering" appears on that same page directly beneath the proclamation heading, and it is signed by Boise Mayor Lauren McLean, not by Little. It is attributed to him nowhere on this record and is used nowhere here.
