Kaylee Peterson

Democrat · U.S. House, Idaho District 1

Peterson is reported to question the scale of aid: a 2026 campaign video reportedly asks why Israel has received over 300 billion in U.S. tax dollars while its people have free healthcare and college. Every source for her positions is video or otherwise unreadable, detailed on the research page.

Peterson is the Democratic nominee in Idaho’s 1st District, making a repeat run at the seat.

Her reported positions are pointed, and every one of them rides on a source this project cannot read. An April 2026 campaign video is reported as saying: "Just Israel alone has received over 300 billion of our tax dollars where they have free healthcare AND free college. Why are we paying for their welfare state and why are they funding so heavily into our elections?", an unwatchable video, so the wording is as our research recorded it. Her platform’s reported lines ("Working-class Idahoans deserve the same investment we send abroad. It’s time to prioritize our own people") ride on a aggregator this project does not cite. In a 2024 television interview headlined "The U.S. is a leader in this global community", she argued allies should be held accountable for civilian deaths in foreign conflicts, per that coverage.

Her campaign homepage, rendered in a browser, is a landing page without platform text, so none of the reported platform wording could be verified against her own site either.

Everything above is reported, and the card says so. The video and her platform pages are not yet confirmed; her verified words would replace this note. Ask Peterson directly and send us the reply: it goes on this page in her own words.
