Larry E Marker
Larry E. Marker (R) is the confirmed 2026 Republican nominee against Sen. Ben Ray Lujan (D-NM). After no Republican filed the paperwork needed to appear on the primary ballot before the February filing deadline, Marker, a Roswell resident, mounted a write-in campaign and received 4,470 write-in votes in the June 2, 2026 primary, clearing the 2,351-vote threshold to become the nominee. No public statement, vote, or position by Marker on U.S. military aid or arms sales to Israel, conditioning of that aid, Gaza, UNRWA, or Israel boycott, divestment, and sanctions (boycott-divestment-sanctions) measures could be located. His campaign website lists only three issue areas - energy independence, border security, and agriculture - with no foreign-policy or Israel content. Marker holds no federal or state office, so there is no voting record.
