Lee backed both 2024 supplementals and rejected every amendment to cut aid to Israel, while opposing the mandated-shipments bill as “dangerous, divisive, and misguided”. In July 2025 she said “the starvation of innocent children is unbearable to watch”, pressing for a ceasefire and aid access.

Her May 2024 vote against the Israel Security Assistance Support Act came with a statement calling it "a dangerous, divisive, and misguided bill that will tie both the U.S. and Israel’s hands at a time when coordination and flexibility are critical to dealing with Hamas, Iran, Hezbollah, and other terrorist groups who seek to destroy our ally and kill Jews." In March 2024 she told The Nevada Independent: "We could end the war right now if Hamas surrenders and returns hostages", backing a two-state solution and naming Gaza humanitarian assistance as what she wants in any aid package.
By July 2025 she paired continued defense-assistance support with the starvation quote on the card, and marking two years since October 7 she called it "the single deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust" while noting "Palestinians have also suffered unimaginable horrors". She welcomed the October 2025 ceasefire.
