Nicholas A. Langworthy
Langworthy condemned the Biden administration’s decision to withhold U.S. munitions from Israel in May 2024, calling the delay purposeful. He has said nothing located about U.S. aid to Palestinians, in either direction.
Langworthy represents New York’s 23rd District in the state’s Southern Tier and western counties, and is running for re-election.
His clearest current-position statement on U.S. weapons is a press release of May 9, 2024 headed "Langworthy Condemns the Biden Administration’s Decision to Withhold Munitions from Israel", issued after reports that shipments were being held back. It opens: "President Biden’s purposeful delay in sending munitions to Israel". He wants the weapons sent.
In April 2024 he wrote a letter after returning from a trip to Israel. In March 2026, after U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran, he said of the Iranian government that "Their ‘Death to America’ chants and desire to annihilate Israel are not slogans, they have been actively building the nuclear weapons and missile capabilities to make it a reality". That is about Iran rather than about what America sends, and it is on the research page as such.
