Driscoll is the Republican nominee in New York's 4th District, the Town of Hempstead's Receiver of Taxes since 2019 and a practicing attorney, running against Rep. Laura Gillen. Nothing located has her saying what she would do about U.S. weapons or money for the government of Israel or about U.S. aid to Palestinians. Her campaign site has no issues page; its biography says she will fight for lower taxes, a secure southern border and the safety of communities, and Ballotpedia shows no completed candidate survey.

Her one located statement on Israel came in a Newsday report of July 28, 2026 on the two Long Island House Democrats' support for Israel during Prime Minister Netanyahu's visit to Washington. Newsday quoted her: “Actions speak louder than words and Laura Gillen hasn’t been there for Israel when it matters most.” The paper says she pointed in part to Gillen's vote the previous week for a resolution to halt the war in Iran absent congressional approval. The statement is about her opponent's record; it does not say what Driscoll herself would do about U.S. weapons or money for the government of Israel.

The rest of her record on the subject is appearances. She marched with Nassau County and Town of Hempstead officials in the Israel Day Parade on Fifth Avenue on June 1, 2026. As Receiver of Taxes she stood with the town supervisor at an April 2024 press conference condemning antisemitic graffiti in East Meadow and at the September 2024 announcement of a town Anti-Semitism Task Force, and in June 2026 she discussed the rise of antisemitism as a guest on a Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center podcast. The news reports name her and do not quote her; the podcast page carries a description, not her words.
