Beth Farnham
Farnham's campaign site opposes "expanding defense technology cooperation and integration between U.S. and Israeli militaries," saying "we cannot trust Israel not to abuse more power." On AIPAC money: "Absolutely not."
Farnham is the Democratic candidate for Pennsylvania's 13th District.
Her position is written on her own campaign site and it is specific about the mechanism she objects to. Under a heading declining AIPAC money she writes: "AIPAC donations? Absolutely not. Expanding defense technology cooperation and integration between U.S. and Israeli militaries? Not that either."
She sets out why in the same passage, and distinguishes the attack from the response: "While Israel was attacked by the terrorist group, Hamas, in 2023 and was within her right to retaliate against Hamas, Israeli forces have clearly abused that power." And: "We cannot trust Israel not to abuse more power, and therefore, the Palestinian people, with integration of American defense technology."
She names the legislative vehicle. She criticises the incumbent, Rep. John Joyce, for voting "for the 2027 budget bill with section 219 intact," the provision expanding U.S.-Israel defence cooperation, and notes he has accepted AIPAC money.
Earlier campaign posts in January and February 2026 criticised his support for spending legislation carrying aid to Israel, and cited United Nations figures on deaths since the October 2025 ceasefire, roughly a third of them near an advancing demarcation line.

**Note the specificity**: her objection is to Section 219 of the FY2027 defence bill, the provision expanding U.S.-Israel defence cooperation, rather than to aid in general. That is the same provision nc4-foushee is reported to have opposed.
