Chris Rabb

Democrat · U.S. House, Pennsylvania District 3

Rabb told an interviewer "I believe there's an active ongoing genocide in Gaza, period." He campaigned on ending U.S. military aid to Israel and a full arms embargo, and won the May 2026 Democratic primary.

Rabb is the Democratic candidate for Pennsylvania's 3rd District, a state representative who won the May 2026 primary in a race in which Gaza was a central issue.

Asked in a May 2026 interview how he answers the question when voters raise it, he described it as the test people use to judge him, and gave his answer: "I believe there's an active ongoing genocide in Gaza, period."

His campaign called for an end to U.S. military aid to Israel and a full arms embargo, and his platform listed the position as no more funding for violations of international and U.S. law, together with an end to economic support for governments violating international law. That platform has no source in our research, so its wording is summarised rather than quoted. His campaign materials described Israel as an apartheid state and called for the Palestinian right of return under international law.

He has no federal voting record.
