Colin Allred
Allred supports U.S. security assistance to Israel, saying in July 2024 he is "deeply committed to ensuring that Israel has the resources it needs to defend itself against Hamas and free the hostages while we work toward a sustainable peace". He opposed sanctioning the International Criminal Court.
Allred represents Texas’s 33rd District. His position is consistent and stated in his own words: support the assistance, avoid steps that make peace harder, and decline to punish the international courts.

He was the only House Democrat then seeking a Senate seat who voted against a bill sanctioning the International Criminal Court after its prosecutor sought arrest warrants for Israeli officials, and he explained why in a statement to that outlet: "I remain deeply committed to ensuring that Israel has the resources it needs to defend itself against Hamas and free the hostages while we work toward a sustainable peace. I support pushing back on some of ICC’s findings and conclusions, but I fear this bill would have unintended consequences."
He has also addressed the arms holds directly. In a Pod Save America interview reported in the same piece, he emphasised the need to avoid actions that might make peace harder to achieve, and said that "some of the conduct that we’ve seen" and the potential invasion of Rafah "calls into question, are we moving towards that or away from it".
