Felix Barry Moore
Barry Moore is a consistent, unconditional supporter of U.S. military aid to Israel. As a U.S. Representative he co-sponsored and voted for the 2023 Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act ($14.3 billion in emergency military assistance), voted for a 2023 resolution affirming U.S. support for Israel and against antisemitism, voted for the 2023 Abraham Accords resolution, and in January 2025 voted for H.R. 23 (Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act) to sanction the International Criminal Court over its actions against Israeli officials. He has attached no public conditions to U.S. weapons or aid to Israel and frames support for Israel as inseparable from U.S. national security.
