Joe Neguse
Neguse’s votes point both ways: for the April 2024 aid package, against the bill forcing release of the paused shipments, and in July 2026 for the amendment cutting aid, explaining with three Colorado colleagues: "Today we voted against additional taxpayer-funded military aid being given to Prime Minister Netanyahu’s government."
Neguse represents Colorado’s 2nd District, Boulder and the northern mountains, and is the sitting member and a member of House Democratic leadership.

When the first ceasefire agreement was announced in October 2025 he welcomed it, saying he was "closely monitoring developments concerning the first phase of a peace plan" and grateful for the hostages’ release. After the June 2025 firebombing of a hostage-awareness march in his district, he condemned it as an antisemitic attack and co-led the House resolution that passed unanimously.
