Miller represents Illinois's 15th District in eastern and southern Illinois and is running for re-election.
Since then her located actions have been about territory and immigration rather than aid: she co-sponsored a two-year moratorium on immigration from the Palestinian Authority in June 2024, and signed a letter in February 2025 endorsing recognition of the West Bank as Israeli territory. In June 2025 she praised U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear targets as "A great victory for the United States!"

- [After October 7, 2023-10-19] Her statement, opened and confirmed word for word: "Biden is also sending $100 million to Gaza, which is controlled by the Hamas terrorists who killed American and Israeli citizens. His plan is to fund both sides of the war in Israel. He still hasn't frozen the $6 billion he released for Iran, and by attacking American domestic energy production, Biden has made Iran richer than they could have possibly imagined." And: "I stand in support of Israel and will continue to pray for both Israel and the successful rescue of all who were captured." From the weeks right after October 7; never on a card, and this is her most concrete in-scope statement.
