Donna Miller

Democrat · U.S. House, Illinois District 2

No position from Miller on U.S. weapons or money for Israel's government, or on aid to Palestinians, was located (source-checked research). She is reported to have declined a yes or no answer when a February 2026 candidate survey asked about conditioning military aid to Israel.

Miller is a Cook County commissioner and the Democratic nominee for Illinois's 2nd District, an open seat.

The research found no statement from her setting out a position on U.S. weapons or funding. What it did find is a non-answer: a WBEZ candidate survey published in February 2026 asked whether the U.S. should place strict conditions on military aid to Israel, and separately whether Israel had committed genocide in Gaza, and she declined to answer either yes or no. We could not open the survey ourselves, so that is reported rather than quoted, and it is the reason this card carries no position.

What is verified is adjacent rather than on point. In March 2026 she called President Trump's military actions in the region "dangerous and unconstitutional," which is about U.S. strikes on Iran rather than about what America sends to Israel or to Palestinians. In February 2026 outside groups bought advertising supporting her campaign alongside two other Illinois candidates; that is spending by others, not a position of hers.

You are better placed to get the answer than we are. Ask Miller directly, or at a candidate forum, and send us the reply: it goes on this page in her own words.
