How this mark works
We track key votes on sending U.S. weapons and money to the government of Israel. A check means every tracked vote they cast came down against sending more, on the side of peace and de-escalation. A question mark means a mixed record: they sided with sending up to half of the time. An X means they voted to send more weapons and money in over half of their tracked votes, even as the way those weapons and dollars were being used became more and more obvious. At exactly half, money this election cycle from a lobbying group we track, or an endorsement from a group that backs sending weapons, makes it an X. Only votes actually cast are counted. Where a candidate has no recorded votes on these bills, the mark comes instead from a reviewed reading of their public record (money from the lobbying groups we track, endorsements, and their own words since January 26, 2024). On the question this site tracks she has published nothing of her own that we could read. The research found no standalone proposal or position paper on conditions or cuts to U.S. military assistance to Israel. What it did find was a Daily Herald candidate questionnaire from February 2026 in which she is reported to have described her approach as grounded in security, realism and a commitment to lasting peace, to have said a two-state solution remains the most viable path if it comes from direct negotiations, to have said peace cannot be achieved while Hamas controls Gaza, and to have called for international and regional coordination on humanitarian relief and reconstruction in Gaza. The questionnaire page served us 212 bytes, so none of that is verified here and none of it is quoted on the card.
What is verifiable is the shape of her race rather than her position. Jewish Insider reported in January 2026 that she was "running as a relative moderate" against a leading challenger "who supports an arms embargo and end to all military aid to Israel." That is a contrast drawn by others, not a statement by her.
