Robert Burke

Nothing located as of September 2026 has Burke taking a position on U.S. weapons or money for the government of Israel, or on U.S. aid to Palestinians. His campaign site opposes what it calls global giveaways and names no country or program. His six priorities are all domestic.

Burke is the Republican nominee in Massachusetts’s 8th District, a retired telecom worker and sports videographer from Dedham who ran for the same seat in 2022 and 2024 and lost both times to Rep. Stephen Lynch. He has never held office, so none of the congressional votes this site tracks are his.

His campaign platform has six headings: voter identification and the SAVE America Act, a pause on immigration, jobs and manufacturing, policing, health care, and accountability for elected officials. None of them touches foreign policy. The nearest thing to it is on his home page, where he describes himself as a populist nationalist who puts American citizens first and writes “No global giveaways.” That line names no country, no program and no amount, and nothing else on the site returns to it. His manufacturing plan, Boxer Works, says its funding would come from redirecting federal dollars into jobs, housing, health care, education and public safety for local communities, which is money spent inside the United States.

Nothing on Israel, Gaza, Palestinians, foreign aid or antisemitism appears anywhere on his site, in his Ballotpedia entry, which reproduces his 2022, 2024 and 2026 platforms in full, or in the news coverage of his three campaigns, including the profile Boston.com ran in October 2024. He advanced from the Republican primary on September 1, 2026.” The general-election field is the incumbent Stephen Lynch (D) and Burke (R). The page reproduces his campaign website text as of August 28, 2026, and also his 2024 platform (“INVASION/BORDER CRISIS”, “EXCESSIVE SPENDING/ HYPER INFLATION”, “HOUSING”, “PARENTAL RIGHTS”) and his 2022 platform (reckless spending and inflation, open borders, crime and drugs, guns, parental control).
