David Rouzer

Republican · U.S. House, North Carolina District 7

Rouzer wrote in October 2025 that Hamas's attack "was an act of evil that shocked the world" and that "Israel, under Prime Minister Netanyahu, has shown great strength in dismantling Hamas's terror network the past two years."

Rouzer has represented North Carolina's 7th District since 2015.

His most recent statement is in an October 2025 newsletter: "Hamas's brutal and unprovoked attack on Israel was an act of evil that shocked the world. In response, Israel, under Prime Minister Netanyahu, has shown great strength in dismantling Hamas's terror network the past two years."

On the money and the weapons, his April 2024 release on the Israel Security Supplemental is his clearest statement: "America must demonstrate we will stand firm with our allies and do what is necessary to enable freedom to survive. Tyranny is on the march. If our enemies prevail abroad, it will cost us far more here at home in money spent and lives lost." The release itself describes the bill as replenishing "the Iron Dome and David's Sling systems."

Nothing was located from him on U.S. aid to Palestinians, or on conditioning what the United States sends.
