Flippo, a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel, is the Republican nominee in Nevada’s 2nd District, an open Republican-leaning seat.
In his 2026 iVoterGuide questionnaire, verified against the page: "Israel is one of America’s strongest and most reliable allies in a volatile region. The partnership advances U.S. national security through intelligence sharing, counterterrorism cooperation, and military coordination." In his 2022 state-assembly questionnaire, a prior cycle, he wrote "I am a supporter of the sovereign State of Israel and its ability to defend itself by all means possible" while rejecting the boycott, divestment and sanctions movement.
Per Jewish Insider’s August 2026 reporting, his campaign describes him as "an ardent supporter and close ally of the Jewish community", citing his Republican Jewish Coalition leadership-council seat and the charity he started after the October 7, 2023 attacks to send food to Israelis. The same article reports he accepted $7,000, the legal maximum, from Robert Beadles, a Nevada donor who has repeatedly promoted the Protocols of the Elders of Zion as factual; that reporting and the campaign’s response are carried with attribution. His campaign also attacked his Democratic opponent’s aid-conditioning platform in the piece; Jewish Insider corrected part of that characterization, and the exchange sits on the research page.
