Jordan, who chairs the House Judiciary Committee, has voted for every major Israel military-aid package since the October 2023 Hamas attack — the $14.3 billion, $17.6 billion, and $26.38 billion bills — and for the 2024 bill directing delivery of weapons the Biden administration had paused. In July 2025 he voted against an amendment to cut the $500 million in annual U.S. funding for Israeli missile-defense programs, which failed 6–422, and he has not cosponsored either of the tracked bills to restrict aid. Asked in a March 2025 interview about future aid packages, he said, "When they need help, we should be helping Israel." His 2026 campaign has reported $9,992.91 in contributions from AIPAC's political action committee, per FEC records.
