Mike Mazzei
Mazzei praised President Trump in June 2025 for "protecting our ally Israel and securing peace in the Mid East". His campaign issues page says nothing about U.S. weapons or money for the government of Israel, and nothing else from him was located.
Mazzei is a Republican candidate for governor of Oklahoma, one of two left in his party's primary runoff. He has never held federal office, so none of the congressional votes this site tracks are his.
He has said one thing in public on this subject that can be read in his own words. On June 22, 2025 he posted that the president was "protecting our ally Israel and securing peace in the Mid East". The post says nothing about what the United States should send, or on what terms, and it is not treated here as though it did.
The other claim about him is older and thinner, and it is not on this card. This record's summary says he once co-authored a resolution commending Israel for its relationship with the United States, and holds no link, no document and no date for it. A resolution congratulating Israel on the sixty-eighth anniversary of its founding did move through the Oklahoma legislature in May 2016, and the Senate's own account of that week names a member of the House as its author and does not name Mazzei on it. A second search in August 2026 for any Oklahoma resolution commending Israel with his name on it returned nothing. We could not verify this claim against any source we could open, so it stays on his research page.
