Cyndi Munson
In 2020 Munson was one of twenty state representatives who voted against an Oklahoma bill barring state contracts unless the company certifies it is not boycotting goods or services from Israel. It passed. Nothing she has said on U.S. weapons or money for the government of Israel was located.
Munson has represented Oklahoma House District 85 since 2015 and is the Democratic nominee for governor. She has never held federal office, so none of the congressional votes this site tracks are hers.
The one recorded position of hers that touches this subject is a state vote. On March 3, 2020 the Oklahoma House passed House Bill 3967, whose official title reads "State contracts; declaring Israel a prominent trading partner; prohibiting state contracts without certain written certification". The bill bars state contracts above $100,000 unless the company certifies it is not boycotting goods or services from Israel. The official vote file lists her among the twenty members in the nay column, and the governor signed the bill that May. It is a state contracting law, so it is not a position on what the United States sends, and it should not be read as one.
The other measure on this subject taken up in the House during her service, a 2023 concurrent resolution supporting Israel, was adopted without a recorded vote, so the legislature's own record shows no individual position for her or for anyone else on it. Beyond the 2020 vote nothing else was located: her campaign priorities are school funding and teacher pay, tax relief, health-care costs and repealing the state abortion ban, and her Ballotpedia entry, which covers every race she has run, does not mention the subject either.

- [Unconfirmed, 2025-11-12 and 2026-05-02] A fresh search of the open record surfaced two social media exchanges in which she is said to have stated that her campaign takes no money from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, the second of them a one-word answer, "Zero". Neither could be confirmed. The page cited for the first belongs to a different candidate's campaign and does not open to us; the page cited for the second is one of her own videos and does not carry the exchange in the version served to us. Nothing from either is on the card. Two limits worth stating even if they are confirmed later: a decision about who funds a campaign is about campaign fundraising, not about what the United States sends; and neither exchange, as described, says anything about weapons or aid.

Her profile records "Did not answer" for it, and for every other item on the form. That is a fact about the guide's coverage of her race rather than evidence of a position, and it is not used as one.
- [Context] An advocacy site that catalogs officeholders it considers complicit, Reverse Canary Mission, holds an entry on her. Its single cited action is that she met leaders of the Jewish Federation of Tulsa; its only source is a social media post we could not open. Its characterizations are its own, none of them is used here, and the meeting is not treated as a position.
- No endorsement from any advocacy group this site tracks appears on either side, per her Ballotpedia endorsement list and her campaign site.
