He grounded that in what he calls the three pillars of Western Civilization, one of them "the Judeo-Christian Ethic", and added: "This is not an assertion that either Israel or the US is always correct in all actions but that the US and Israel, when they each closely follows its own principles, will generally align."
That is a statement about the relationship, not about what the United States sends. He has set out no position on aid packages, arms sales or weapons transfers, and none on U.S. aid to Palestinians.
