Boebert represents Colorado’s 4th District, the eastern plains, and is the sitting member.
Her recorded votes on the tracked bills appear as badges on this card and split: for the November 2023 standalone bill, against the April 2024 Israel package, a missed vote on the shipment-release bill, and against both amendments to cut aid to Israel. Nothing located explains the April 2024 No in her own words, and this card does not guess.
Her foreign-policy issues page carries her standing frame: "America’s closest ally is Israel, and I have stood with them through countless attacks from the radical left." The same page says she "called out" Democrats over Iron Dome funding (detail on the research page), and recounts that she "stood up when Biden proposed sending $235 million to Hamas": her description of the 2021 restoration of U.S. humanitarian and development aid for Palestinians, which is the closest thing to an aid-to-Palestinians position she has on record.
Her record of Israel-adjacent rhetoric is long and lives on the research page: the 2021 "full-time propagandist for Hamas" attack on Representative Omar, and the December 2021 episode in which she asked Jewish Capitol visitors if they were doing "reconnaissance", which she called a joke.
