Deep Dive
Foxx has represented North Carolina's 5th District since 2005.
Her April 2024 statement on the national security supplemental, which funded Israel, Ukraine and the Indo-Pacific, is about process as much as substance. She said the House had "created a stronger outcome of fulfilling our obligations to our allies in their time of need," that "this is an axis versus allies moment, and deterrence is the optimal way to stop Iran, China, North Korea, and Russia in their tracks," and objected to what she called "the Senate's blank check for foreign aid." She voted for the package.
On the October 2025 ceasefire agreement she said: "Blessed are the peacemakers. This new agreement has undeniably opened the door for peace within the middle east," crediting President Trump, and referred to the grief of Israeli families over "the carnage and heinous atrocities that occurred on October 7, 2023."
Much of her located record on this subject is not about aid at all. As chair of the House Education and the Workforce Committee she subpoenaed, in March 2024, a public defenders' union after it passed a Gaza ceasefire and boycott resolution.

U.S. military aid and weapons to Israel
- [Position, 2024-04-20] "Foxx Pushes for Fiscal Responsibility in National Security Supplemental", opened and confirmed word for word. The release states she issued it "after the House passed the National Security Supplemental that provides resources for Israel, the Indo-Pacific, Ukraine." Her words: "By allowing for a transparent and constructive process, the People's House has created a stronger outcome of fulfilling our obligations to our allies in their time of need." And: "Without question, this is an axis versus allies moment, and deterrence is the optimal way to stop Iran, China, North Korea, and Russia in their tracks. If we were to have accepted the Senate's blank check for foreign aid without reservation, this process would have never yielded a strong, ironclad product." Read in place, the "blank check" objection is to the Senate's version and its process; she supported the package that passed. The statement names Israel only through the release's own description of what the bill funds.

Note on the shape of this record
- Eleven of her fifteen located sources concern campus antisemitism, committee hearings and subpoenas. That is the bulk of her public activity in this area, and it is context under the content rule rather than an answer about what America sends.
