Hubbard is the Democratic candidate for North Carolina's 5th District, running against Rep. Virginia Foxx.
His one located statement is his answer in an October 2024 WSOC candidate guide, given under his own name. He summarised his foreign policy in one line: "I am anti-Putin, anti-Hamas, and anti-Netanyahu." He called for promoting peace in Israel and Palestine, and said "We must provide aid to the Palestinian people and do everything we can to stop the civilian casualties in both countries," adding that "Israelis should not live in fear and Palestinians should not face oppression."
That is a position on U.S. aid to Palestinians. He has said nothing located about U.S. weapons or money for the government of Israel, and he has no federal voting record.
