The lives of so many innocent men, woman and children that have been taken by the Hamas terrorist acts is tragic and we pray for them, their families and the men and women fighting for the people of Israel." Read and confirmed word for word, including the typographic error in the original. Off the card (C1): dated inside the reaction window. Two further limits: the newsletter is written in the first person plural throughout, as office newsletters usually are; and it says nothing about American weapons, American money or American policy, so it does not touch the absence claim the card makes.
