Ron Meinhardt
Ron Meinhardt has never addressed U.S. weapons or U.S. money going to the government of Israel. He has answered one question that brushed against it. In a 20 February 2026 FAQ post a reader asked him to pledge to reject "all PAC/lobbyist/out-of-state special interest money (e.g., AIPAC, Big Pharma, defense contractors)". He replied "Yes!", and said the FEC "should be encouraged to eliminate PAC campaign contributions altogether." AIPAC is named in the question and not in his answer, and what he was asked about is who funds his campaign, not what the United States ships. Answering a separate question in the same post about spending bills, he wrote that foreign aid "creates dependency and impairs innovation/ economic growth in developing countries", naming no country. The first heading on his campaign site is "No undeclared wars", arguing that Congress must vote before the United States is taken into an open-ended war, and that this binds a president of either party. It is about who authorises a war rather than what is shipped or funded once one is under way. Israel and Gaza appear nowhere on his site or in his twelve Substack posts.
