Jeff Crank

Crank said he would continue his predecessor’s advocacy: "Those are big shoes to fill, when it comes to the State of Israel and our support for it", saying the U.S. should place no limits on Israel’s military response. His two votes oppose both amendments to cut aid to Israel.

Crank represents Colorado’s 5th District (Colorado Springs) and is the sitting member, first elected in 2024 and a House Armed Services Committee member.

He set out his frame in a January 2025 interview: succeeding Representative Lamborn, a longtime advocate of joint defense funding, he said "Those are big shoes to fill, when it comes to the State of Israel and our support for it", and, in the interview’s account, that the United States should not press Israel into agreements with Hamas nor "place any limits or pressure on Israel to restrain its military response" to the October 7 attacks. In a 2025 group interview he was among Republicans backing the administration’s Israel policy, pointing to Democrats as increasingly anti-Israel.

A reported co-sponsorship of a bill expediting arms to Abraham Accords partners rides on a source that does not name him and is excluded.
